Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to lead Enterprise Business Solutions, an internal consulting capability that helps Lowe's resolve its most critical cross-functional business challenges. Reporting to the VP Business Transformation, the Sr. Director translates enterprise priorities and performance insights into focused plans, programs, and engagements that drive measurable outcomes. This leader provides high-value counsel to executive stakeholders, anticipates competing priorities and integration needs, and mobilizes flexible cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, design solutions, and establish accountability through scorecards and objectives/key results. The role is accountable for building a scalable enterprise problem-solving capability and developing leaders and talent who can deploy against evolving business priorities.

• What You Will Do
• •Lead the Enterprise Business Solutions function, establishing a repeatable enterprise approach for identifying, diagnosing and resolving complex cross-functional business problems.

Partner with data analytics team and executive leaders to translate enterprise performance data into actionable insights, using ELT scorecards to identify and prioritize the business issues with the greatest potential impact.

Frame ambiguous enterprise problems and establish fact-based hypotheses, integrating data, business context and functional expertise to identify root causes and focus resources on the highest-value opportunities.

Translate recommended solutions into clear objectives and key results, actions, and measures, creating alignment across functions with competing priorities.

Oversee solution design, testing, and implementation for complex cross-functional engagements; ensure successful pilots are transitioned to accountable business owners or stopped based on evidence and results.

Establish an executive performance and decision cadence that measures progress against scorecards and objectives and key results, surfaces barriers and conflicting priorities, and drives timely intervention and course correction.

Build the long-term Enterprise Business Solutions capability by developing leaders, consulting methods, talent pipelines, and repeatable practices that strengthen enterprise problem solving and cross-functional execution.

• Minimum Qualifications
• •Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• •12 years Professional experience in progressively responsible roles, including experience leading complex initiatives and working across functions in a large organization.

8 years Function-specific experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, analytics, business operations, program leadership, or enterprise problem solving

7 years Leadership experience, including leading leaders and/or multidisciplinary teams through complex, ambiguous enterprise challenges

Experience advising executive leaders, reconciling competing stakeholder priorities, and translating enterprise objectives into multi-functional plans and measurable outcomes

• Preferred Skills/Education
• •Master’s degree Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
• •Experience using enterprise scorecards, OKRs, or comparable performance management frameworks to drive accountability and business results

Experience in management consulting, internal consulting, or a flexible POD-based delivery model within a large, complex enterprise

Experience in retail, consumer, or other large-scale multi-unit environments
