Sr Finance Supervisor

Management of the Finance and Controlling Department.

Monitoring and controlling finances and costs ensures the long-term viability of the company. Efficient cost management supports profitability and sustainable business success.

• •Financial Accounting
• •Cost Accounting
• •Controlling and Financial Reporting
• •Budget Planning, Monitoring and Control
• •Interface to Corporate Headquarters and other Aptiv plants
• •Personnel Management and Leadership

Responsibilities and Decision-Making Authority

• •Ensures the timely completion of monthly and annual financial statements.
• •Holds overall responsibility for cost management.
• •Ensures that budgets are prepared on time and monitors compliance with approved budgets in alignment with company objectives.
• •Manages investment requests for the Mattighofen site.
• •Leads and executes projects for Aptiv Mattighofen as assigned.
• •Manages and develops employees within the Finance and Controlling Department in accordance with Aptiv's leadership principles.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Education

Commercial or Business Administration qualification

Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Professional Experience

Several years of professional experience in the finance sector of automotive suppliers

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Leadership training

Proficiency in English
