The Role
We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to be a key member and strong contributor toward scaling our Corporate FP&A capabilities, and lead business partnership across our G&A functions. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior management that requires the ability to dive deep while operating strategically to support and enable Nex’s mission and long term goals.
What You’ll Do
Build comprehensive financial models that span investment cases, strategic planning, and cost of capital considerations.
Design new financial and management reporting that effectively measures our KPIs, business and financial performance.
Manage the G&A function’s annual budgeting, recurring forecasts, and long-range planning processes including variance analysis, operational support and ad hoc modeling.
Identify and reach alignment with G&A stakeholders on key performance indicators that drive financial ownership, visibility, and operational efficiency.
Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence resource and capital allocation decisions more effectively.
Partner and support business case development on investment proposals, and facilitate through the approval decision process.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
4+ years of experience with 2-3 years in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance
Strong proficiency with financial modeling and investment evaluation
Excel / Google Sheets expertise; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., Netsuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills—you can turn complex data into actionable insights
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
