Sr. Financial Analyst, Sr. Finance Analyst, RBS, Stores Tech Finance (STF)

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst for the Worldwide Retail Business Services team. In this role, you will support business efficiency through controllership, operational planning, and reporting. You will build models to understand return on investment, develop new ways to measure business performance, and leverage AI and automation tools to enhance how we deliver financial insights.

• Key job responsibilities
• •Own and improve existing finance processes to ensure data integrity and drive continuous simplification
• •Support effective controllership through accurate reporting, planning, and insightful analysis
• •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights that support business decisions
• •Build and maintain financial models, including cost analysis and Return on Investment frameworks
• •Leverage AI tools, automation, and advanced analytics to streamline reporting and improve forecasting accuracy
• •Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines

• Top Skills:
• •Good financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• •Proficiency in building financial models using Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., QuickSight)
• •Experience with or good interest in leveraging AI/ML tools and automation to improve finance processes
• •Ability to simplify inefficient processes; good analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Clear written and verbal communication skills to convey insights from complex analysis to stakeholders
• •Curiosity and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• - MBA in finance, accounting or related field
• - 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• - Experience in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and interpreting financial results
• - Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication

• - Experience in a large-scale, global organization, preferably in tech or e-commerce
• - Experience with BI and reporting tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Cognos
• - Familiarity with AI/ML tools and automation for finance applications
• - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or procurement tools (e.g., Coupa)
• - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive results with minimal supervision
