Sr. HR Technology Engineer

• This is a senior technical role responsible for the architecture, configuration, security, and operational performance of an enterprise HR technology ecosystem.
• You will serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and provide advanced guidance on platform decisions, access governance, and process design.
• The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership across system releases, integrations, upgrades, and major implementations.
• You will work closely with HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure HR systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable.
• The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to improve technology supporting the full employee lifecycle.
• You will also mentor technical peers, strengthen documentation, and promote continuous improvement across HR Technology Operations.
