• This is a remote opportunity focused on leading the successful implementation of benefits solutions for midsize clients.
• You will serve as the primary client advocate, coordinating complex projects from initial requirements through launch.
• The role combines consultative client service, project management, plan design, and technical implementation.
• You will collaborate with clients, brokers, third-party administrators, internal teams, and external partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Success requires navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and keeping projects aligned with scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• You will also contribute to process improvements, team training, documentation, and broader departmental initiatives.
