Sr Industrial Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes through line balancing, continuous improvement initiatives, standard work implementation, and New Product Introduction (NPI) support. This role works closely with production teams to improve workflow efficiency, eliminate waste, enhance productivity, and support assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the flexibility to support operations across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• •Lead line balancing and process improvement projects to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
• •Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and production readiness.
• •Develop and implement standard work instructions and manufacturing cell designs.
• •Conduct Value-Added (VA) and Non-Value-Added (NVA) analysis to identify and eliminate waste.
• •Provide engineering support to assembly operations and production teams.
• •Analyze operational data and develop solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
• •Support workflow optimization and manufacturing process standardization.
• •Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve process-related issues.
• •Prepare reports, metrics, and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Drive Lean Manufacturing practices throughout manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• •Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• •Experience with line balancing, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• •Experience supporting assembly operations and manufacturing processes.
• •Knowledge of metal fabrication and metal-mechanics manufacturing processes.
• •Experience implementing standard work and manufacturing cell design.
• •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI.
• •Advanced conversational English.
• •Availability to rotate across all three shifts (day, evening, and night).
• •Automotive industry experience preferred.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
