Sr. Manager - BFSI, Field Engineering

As a senior leader in Field Engineering, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Solutions Architects serving strategic Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance customers across India. You will help shape the expansion of a rapidly growing technical pre-sales organization while maintaining a strong focus on customer value and business outcomes. The role combines people leadership, enterprise architecture, strategic account engagement, and sales partnership. You will work closely with senior customer stakeholders to position data, AI, cloud, and analytics solutions around their most important business priorities. You will coach technical teams, strengthen collaboration across sales and pre-sales, and help scale repeatable approaches to customer engagement.
