• This senior growth role owns the strategy and execution of organic and AI-driven acquisition across a multi-market healthcare organization.
• You will be accountable for growing non-paid new member acquisition and reducing reliance on paid channels through sustainable growth systems.
• The scope spans organic search, AI visibility, content strategy and operations, reputation, earned media, local presence, and brand governance.
• You will build scalable content infrastructure, measurement frameworks, workflows, and operating systems that compound over time.
• The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in emerging areas such as AI search visibility and generative engine optimization.
• You will lead a direct report and distributed specialist partners while collaborating closely with Marketing, Clinical, Analytics, Technology, and other teams.
