Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Product Solutions leads the strategy, development, and ongoing management of Medicare Part D products, including coordination across Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) and Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) offerings. The role is responsible for plan design, competitive intelligence, annual bid activities, bid quality oversight, and cross-functional execution to support product performance and growth. This position manages and develops a team while partnering closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and clinical functions to drive product innovation, market competitiveness, and business results. Serving as a subject matter expert throughout the product lifecycle, the Senior Manager evaluates market trends, customer needs, and product performance to inform strategic planning, support new product development, and ensure the effective management of a complex Medicare product portfolio.

• Required Job Qualifications:
• * Bachelor degree and 7 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment OR 11 years experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting
• * Two years’ experience managing and leading teams with experience in hiring and training staff and managing a departmental budget.
• * Experience in managed care product development, benefits consulting or project management.
• * Experience working with corporate leadership, interfacing and communicating at all levels of the organization.
• * Experience managing multiple complex priorities and a heavy workload.
• * Organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• * Verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred Job Qualifications:
• * Medicare Part D (PDP/MAPD) and/or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience preferred

• * Bachelor degree in Business or Health Administration
• * MBA
• * Health care industry experience

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
