Sr Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Job Description:

The Sr Manager, Strategic Initiatives supports Commercial leaders by aligning Commercial outcomes and targets with business, category, and regional strategies. This role is responsible for portfolio management, performance management, continuous improvement initiatives, and governance activities that support Commercial decision-making and execution.

Required

• •Bachelor's degree.
• •5+ years of experience in strategic development, performance management, business analysis, or related roles.
• •Experience supporting strategy development and execution.
• •Experience managing project portfolios, performance management, or governance activities.
• •Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills.
• •Experience with change management.
• •Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

Experience supporting regional or cross-functional initiatives.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• •Align Commercial outcomes and targets with business, category, and regional strategies to support Commercial leaders in decision-making.
• •Manage and monitor enterprise category and regional project portfolios, ensuring alignment to transformational and business-as-usual objectives while facilitating prioritization and trade-off discussions.
• •Act as capability owner for the performance drumbeat across One Commercial, including forums such as Commodity Council and Category Strategy Execution.
• •Lead continuous improvement initiatives on the Commercial performance capability roadmap.
• •Monitor and escalate risks through appropriate forums.
• •Drive performance versus plan reviews across all pillars of value for categories and regions through performance forums.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 119,040.00 - USD 163,680.00
