• Job Description:
• This job is responsible for the delivery of tactical plans to achieve goals through advanced coding and/or metadata management, providing support and technical leadership for platforms and operations. Key responsibilities include contributing to the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives to drive cross-channel client & prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement. Job expectations include interacting with senior leaders, providing support and technical expertise for supported platforms.

Managing execution of marketing campaigns across Offers Management/Insight Engine channels and subchannels in Online Banking, Mobile Erica, Financial & Contact Centers

Required Qualifications:

• •Develop implementation plans for targeted customer offers & referrals managed via Insight Engine
• •Translate the intended customer & associate experience into technical requirements for real-time offer display
• •Manage strict execution timelines & SLAs for implement plans, test script preparation, test data requests, etc. to ensure on time and error free campaign deployments
• •Reduce risk of defects by performing User Acceptance Testing & Production Certification, along with ongoing monitoring of production environment
• •Manage projects in partnership with technology, line of business, and other marketing teams to assess and implement channel and product expansion
• •Knowledge of OM/IE, real-time rules, file functionality, front-end applications (Lead Gen, Interact, Sales & Service App, Synergy/RDUI, etc. and back-end system capabilities
• •Ability to work across teams to coordinate with clear communication and influence
• •Ability to learn and navigate new user interfaces

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$109,400.00 - $154,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
