Prime is Amazon's world leading membership programme with fast, free shipping, Prime Video and benefits across Music, Books and more. The APAC Prime Marketing team is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to drive member engagement across AU/SG. They will run effective marketing campaigns, deliver tech and CX enhancements and develop experiments to drive member engagement and commercial growth.

You will have an understanding of marketing tools and systems on both a strategic and an executional level. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be focused on assessing marketing opportunities, prioritizing new strategies to test with, running and scaling experiments.

You will develop marketing relationships with our partners and jointly drive go-to-market plans. You will own high-profile goals and influence other teams to embrace the value of Prime members. Most importantly, you will bring an enthusiasm for marketing and program management and a desire to make an impact on the business.

The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment, and communicate clearly and persuasively. You are able to drive excellence within the programs you own, with your colleagues in marketing and product management, and with colleagues across the Amazon organization, including retail, digital, and other partner teams. You will be at the center of exciting marketing programs that span across teams, and act as a single-threaded owner on multiple projects.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Drive Prime Member engagement and value through shopping, as well as multi-benefit usage.
  • A day in the life
  • Reviewing Prime Member shopping and shipping habits, creating incentive programmes for Prime Members to drive benefit engagement, tracking and reporting on metrics, and liaising with stakeholders across the stores business, prime video and PLX to craft strategies for growth.
  • About the team
  • A dedicated and talented team focused on driving acquisition and retention of Prime Members, assessing and building Prime Member Benefits, and establishing marketing strategies to build the profile and consideration for Prime.

Basic qualifications

  • - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
