Sr Mgr, Leader Development

• This fully remote leadership development role shapes the learning strategy for senior commercial leaders, including Regional Sales Directors and Area Vice Presidents.
• You will design scalable, role-based development experiences that strengthen coaching, talent development, business acumen, and field execution.
• The position combines strategic learning leadership with hands-on curriculum design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and program management.
• You will work closely with Sales leadership, Human Resources, Commercial Excellence, and subject matter experts to translate business priorities into measurable development outcomes.
• The role also supports onboarding, succession planning, emerging-leader development, and the creation of a consistent leadership culture.
• Success will depend on your ability to influence senior stakeholders, use data to improve programs, and create learning experiences that translate into behavior change.
• The position is remote within the U.S. and may require up to 25% travel based on business needs.
