Your Role at Delta Faucet

• The Senior OT Network Engineer - Enterprise Manufacturing Operations serves as Delta Faucet Company's senior technical authority for Operational Technology (OT) network architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure standards across manufacturing facilities. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and sustaining secure, scalable, and resilient OT network solutions that support manufacturing operations, digital transformation initiatives, and Industry 4.0 capabilities across the enterprise

Based at Delta Faucet Company's Indianapolis, Indiana headquarters, this position provides technical leadership for industrial networking initiatives, OT cybersecurity architecture, manufacturing modernization projects, and enterprise network standards. The role maintains regular engagement with manufacturing operations, including routine support of the Greensburg manufacturing facility and periodic support of other Delta Faucet manufacturing locations.

Working closely with Automation Engineering, OT Infrastructure Engineering, Cybersecurity, Operations, Information Technology, and plant leadership teams, this role ensures secure, resilient, and supportable network solutions that enable business continuity and manufacturing excellence.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is based at Delta Faucet Company's Indianapolis, Indiana headquarters and requires regular onsite presence. The role routinely supports the Greensburg, Indiana manufacturing facility and requires periodic travel to other manufacturing and distribution facilities as needed. This is not a traditional corporate networking role and requires regular engagement within production environments.

Responsibilities

Enterprise OT Network Architecture and Strategy

• •Serve as the enterprise technical lead for OT network architecture across manufacturing facilities.
• •Develop and maintain OT network standards, reference architectures, design patterns, and technical roadmaps.
• •Design, configure, deploy, and sustain secure wired and wireless OT network solutions supporting manufacturing operations.
• •Lead network design reviews for manufacturing expansions, facility upgrades, modernization projects, and technology deployments.· Evaluate emerging networking, wireless, cybersecurity, and industrial connectivity technologies to support future manufacturing requirements.
• •Establish lifecycle management standards for OT networking infrastructure, network management platforms, and remote access solutions.
• •Provide technical oversight and architecture review of third-party vendor and system integrator solutions.

Manufacturing Operations and Technology Support

• •·Partner with Automation Engineers to support connectivity and communications for industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, PLCs, IIoT devices, and smart manufacturing platforms.
• •Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex OT network incidents impacting manufacturing operations.
• •Support manufacturing system integrations requiring secure communication between OT infrastructure, industrial devices, and enterprise systems.
• •Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, OT Infrastructure Engineering, and Information Technology teams to ensure reliable and resilient manufacturing network environments.· Support digital manufacturing initiatives through secure edge connectivity, industrial wireless infrastructure, and scalable network architectures.
• •Provide technical leadership for OT network-related projects across manufacturing facilities.

OT Cybersecurity and Risk Management

• •Lead OT network cybersecurity architecture efforts across manufacturing facilities.
• •Implement and maintain network segmentation aligned with Purdue Model principles and Delta Faucet cybersecurity standards.
• •Partner with OT Cybersecurity teams on network security design, vulnerability remediation, and risk reduction initiatives.
• •Support secure remote access solutions that balance operational requirements with cybersecurity best practices.
• •Align OT network architectures with established industry frameworks, including ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST cybersecurity principles.
• •Participate in cyber recovery planning, resilience testing, business continuity planning, and recovery exercises.
• •Support enterprise OT vulnerability remediation programs and infrastructure hardening initiatives.
• •Assist with cybersecurity incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.

Infrastructure Governance and Continuous Improvement

• •Contribute to enterprise technology standards and long-term manufacturing technology roadmaps.
• •Maintain accurate documentation including network topologies, architecture diagrams, standards, configurations, and support procedures.
• •Support network-related upgrades, migrations, wireless deployments, and modernization initiatives.
• •Collaborate with OT Infrastructure Engineering to ensure networking and infrastructure platforms operate as a unified architecture.· Coordinate with technology vendors, equipment manufacturers, controls integrators, and service providers.
• •Identify opportunities to improve reliability, maintainability, performance, and operational resiliency across manufacturing environments.
• •Champion standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing facilities.

Technical Leadership Expectations

• •Act as the enterprise subject matter expert for OT networking technologies and industrial connectivity.
• •Establish and promote OT network standards, governance, and architecture best practices.

Education and Experience

Required

• •· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• •7+ years of network engineering experience.
• •Minimum of 3 years supporting manufacturing, industrial, or Operational Technology environments.
• •Advanced Cisco networking experience.
• •Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale network architectures.
• •Experience leading network infrastructure projects and technical initiatives.
