(Sr.) Product Engineer

• •Be the product technical owner
• •Responsible for product manufacturing cost reduction, e.g. yield improvement, cost of non quality (CoNQ) reduction.
• •Responsible for product quality improvement, e.g. adopt zero defect (ZD) best practice, complaint root cause finding.
• •Responsible for continuously product manufacturability improvement, e.g. hold cost reduction, test efficiency optimization.
• •Work with Business Line for business creation and to deliver a high quality manufacturable product and test solution for meeting or exceeding the required time to market and product cost, as well as business fulfillment
• •Work with test engineering to release test program.
• •Support fab/assembly/test house process transfer and volume ramp-up

Qualification:

• 1. Bachelor or master degree, major in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
• 2. Ability to speak and write in English fluently
• 3. Knowledge of statistical method and tool.
• 4. Team-player, quality oriented, self-motivated, diligent, independent, proactive.
• 5. Knowledge of foundry or assembly processes would be a plus
• 6. Experience of customer complaint handling would be a plus
• 7. Knowledge of Automated Test Equipment would be a plus
• 8. Project management experience would be a plus
