The Senior Product Manager role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities and acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working with multiple partners to envision what will make Sellers successful in LATAM. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale in different geographies. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
- Key job responsibilities
- - Own, build and drive the Seller experience for Seller Assistant with key local and global stakeholders in product and tech.
- - Own the roadmap and relationship with a dedicated Latam Gen AI SX tech team.
- - Build and manage high quality product roadmaps based on your vision and strategy.
- - Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
- - Partner with global product teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.
- - Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
- - Create goals and related metrics, track progress, build mechanisms, and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
- - Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis and link to specific improvement areas.
- - Incorporate benchmarking information as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best-in-class Seller experience.

Basic qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- - Experience with end to end product delivery
- - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- - Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above
- - Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups), or experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau
Preferred qualifications
- - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- - Master's degree or equivalent
