• Job Title: Deputy Project Manager / Project Manager – CFS/IBMS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager with a strong background in CFS/IBMS projects , preferably in Commercial & Industrial Projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, testing, commissioning, and delivery of IBMS systems for large-scale projects. The role will be based in Mumbai and requires frequent travel to project sites in Surat and Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead end-to-end execution of IBMS/CFS projects .
• •Manage project planning, scheduling, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• •Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• •Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• •Handle stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
• •Ensure compliance with customer specifications, project standards, and JCI quality guidelines.
• •Support project documentation, risk management, and change management activities.
• •Drive timely closure of project punch points and successful project sign-off.

Required Experience & Skills

• •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
• •8–15 years of experience in execution and project management of IBMS/CFS projects .
• •PMP candidate is preferred, MS project knowledge, Primavera
• •Hands-on expertise in:
• •Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)
• •Fire Alarm Systems
• •Access Control Systems
• •CCTV & Surveillance Systems
• •PA System
• •Building Automation Systems (BMS)

• •Proven experience in Testing & Commissioning and project delivery.
• •Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple project activities across locations.

Preferred Profile

• •Experience managing RIL/L&T/Adani projects from execution through commissioning.
• •Familiarity with industry standards, project management practices, and customer-facing roles.
• •Willingness to travel frequently to Surat and Maharashtra project sites.
