Sr Reporting & Analytics Lead (ADAS) - Remote

Your Role

• •Own and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and KPI management across a global ADAS data acquisition program.
• •Define, monitor, and optimize operational, data quality, delivery, and financial KPIs.
• •Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking solutions for project and customer stakeholders.
• •Analyze operational data, driver feedback, and issue logs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• •Translate customer requirements into actionable insights, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

Your Profile

• •5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
• •Strong knowledge of Automotive and ADAS environments.
• •Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
• •Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, AWS OpenSearch, and DynamoDB.
• •Knowledge of statistics, ML data-quality metrics, data engineering fundamentals, and CSV/JSON processing.
• •Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• •Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
• •Advanced English communication skills.
