- Job Summary:
- Responsible for sourcing Gold Loan customers, achieving business targets, generating leads, and ensuring smooth loan processing while maintaining customer relationships and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new Gold Loan customers through field sourcing.
Achieve assigned business targets.
Assist customers with loan application and documentation.
Coordinate for gold valuation and loan disbursement.
Build relationships with customers and referral partners.
Ensure compliance and excellent customer service.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of sales experience (Banking/NBFC/Finance preferred).
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Target-driven and willing to travel locally.
