The Position

Job Summary:

Sales Data Support: Provide timely and effective sales data support to the sales team or department；Opportunity & Order Tracking: Assist the sales team in managing and tracking instruments through the entire lifecycle—from sales opportunities to sales orders, through to final delivery to end-Customer；Regional Budget & Operations Management: Assist the regional head in managing CIB, FOC , expenses, and other related operational budgets；Meetings & Promotional Event Support: Assist in coordinating internal regional meetings and providing operational support for external promotional activities；Distributor Management: Support the sales team in distributor management and related operational tasks；Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation: Assist the sales team in cross-departmental communication and coordination, as well as related document preparation and support.

The Opportunity:

• •Provide timely and effective data support to sales team to accomplish yearly target
• •Assist the sales team in managing and tracking instruments through the entire lifecycle—from sales opportunities to sales orders, through to final delivery to end-Customer.
• •Assist the regional head in managing CIB, FOC , expenses, and other related operational budgets
• •Manage business sales data for routine reports and management report
• •Assist in coordinating internal regional meetings and providing operational support for external promotional activities
• •Support the sales team in distributor management and related operational tasks
• •Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation: Assist the sales team in cross-departmental communication and coordination, as well as related document preparation and support.

Who you are:

• •Bachelor Degree in Appropriate discipline
• •Good command of English in both spoken and written
• •Good command of MS office software application
• •Product & Application Expertise
• •At least 2-5 years’ experience in similar industry
