Sr. Site Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Site Manager based in the United States.

• This is a senior construction leadership role overseeing complex installation and site operations for large-scale material-handling projects.
• You will lead subcontracted installation teams through construction, testing, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
• The role combines responsibility for technical execution, schedules, budgets, site coordination, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• You will work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, customers, general contractors, and specialized trade partners.
• Your leadership will be central to resolving field issues, maintaining project momentum, and ensuring work meets design, safety, and quality expectations.
• The position offers significant autonomy and visibility across project sites, with responsibility for coordinating multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, and structural work.
• This is a full-time remote position requiring extensive travel, typically 80–90% , to active project locations throughout the United States.
