Sr. System Administration Analyst, Endpoint Management

Job Description Summary

This role applies to technical expertise and business knowledge to support enterprise-wide endpoint management initiatives, lead escalated issue resolution, and provide guidance to team members. Works independently to solve complex problems, make data-driven recommendations, and deliver solutions that support business objectives and operational excellence.

Job Description

This role is a hybrid workstyle: with the associate expected to work from a Raymond James office location at least three days per week, including either Monday or Friday.

Technical Requirements:

• •Experience implementing, administering, and supporting Tanium (Core, Asset, Deploy, Discover, Patch, Provision) or comparable endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune or SCCM/MECM
• •5+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration, endpoint management, infrastructure support, or a related technical discipline
• •Experience with AI-assisted and AI-driven automation
• •Advanced scripting and automation skills, particularly PowerShell
• •Highly experienced creating, testing, packaging, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software packages and application deployments, including lifecycle management, version control, deployment validation, and troubleshooting.
• •End-Of-Life and vulnerability software remediation.
• •Strong experience managing enterprise environments across multiple locations in highly regulated industries.
• •Experience with enterprise monitoring and performance management tools such as Datadog, ControlUp, or similar platforms.
• •Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, Endpoint and infrastructure security best practices, Intel-based workstation and server hardware, Virtualization technologies, System monitoring, event analysis, and troubleshooting as it relates to system management.
