Staff Engineer, DevSecOps

• This role offers the opportunity to shape secure, scalable, and reliable technology supporting critical healthcare program integrity initiatives.
• You will contribute to the modernization of a large-scale case management platform used to combat fraud, waste, and abuse across public healthcare programs.
• The position combines hands-on software engineering with DevSecOps leadership across cloud infrastructure, automation, security, and delivery practices.
• You will design and support backend services, microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and AWS infrastructure.
• Working within a collaborative, remote-first engineering environment, you will influence architecture, reduce technical debt, and improve operational reliability.
• You will also mentor engineers, promote secure engineering practices, and help establish efficient approaches to automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
