Staff Product Designer, DeFi

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer, DeFi based in United States.

• This is a senior design leadership role shaping the experience strategy for a growing decentralized finance product ecosystem.
• You will own end-to-end experiences across spot trading, margin, prediction markets, liquidity, and related financial workflows.
• The role combines exceptional product design craft with strong product judgment and deep fluency in financial markets and DeFi.
• You will partner closely with product and engineering from strategy through launch while remaining hands-on with the most critical product flows.
• You will help build and lead a design team capable of supporting an expanding product surface and diverse user base.
• The work spans retail traders, professional users, market makers, liquidity providers, institutions, and developers.
• Success means making complex financial systems understandable while preserving the information users need to assess risk, execute effectively, and build trust.
