Partner with billing, licensing, and commerce teams to connect customer purchases with product access across the Kaseya platform
Act as the primary platform PM liaison to product lines, aligning stakeholders, influencing adjacent roadmaps, and ensuring architectural consistency across teams
Establish data standards, APIs, and scalable role-based and attribute-based access models that support MSP tenant hierarchies and enterprise IT structures
Define the platform’s north star metric and end-to-end measurement framework, and lead quarterly business reviews that make progress, gaps, and business impact visible to senior leadership
Mentor junior PMs, elevate platform product management practices, and represent the platform in executive forums with clear narratives tied to business outcomes

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional alignment and influencing product, engineering, and business stakeholders without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications

Experience defining identity resolution, entitlement systems, access control models, or platform APIs across multiple products
Track record of connecting platform investments to measurable business outcomes such as revenue enablement, reduced leakage, or improved customer experience
Experience mentoring product managers and helping define best practices for platform product management within an organization
Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to write clear strategy documents, present to executive leadership, and lead structured decision-making
