• This role helps build the operational foundation needed to scale and support a global Professional Services organization.
• You will partner closely with leadership to improve planning, resource management, delivery operations, financial visibility, and go-to-market alignment.
• The position combines strategic operations leadership with hands-on process, systems, and automation work.
• You will connect pipeline, capacity, staffing, project economics, revenue, and delivery performance to give leaders clearer and more actionable insights.
• The role also involves improving operational tooling, reporting, service offerings, pricing structures, and cross-functional processes.
• Working across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Analytics, and Delivery, you will help move operations toward more connected, scalable, and automated ways of working.
