Staff RF Silicon Validation engineer

The RFIC Validation Engineer is responsible for comprehensive validation of key product indicators (KPI's) as defined in the system compliance matrix for RF blocks in Connectivity products. Candiate should have experience in measuring RF Block level parameters of transceiver blocks and needs to understand how RF block parameters effect system KPIs. Candidate should have experience in test automations and needs to analyse & summarize the test results to IP design team and needs to collaboratively work with IP design team to debug issues if any.

Job Responsibilities:

• •Oversee validation of:
• •Transceiver Blocks– PA, PPA, Mixer, LNA, ADC etc.
• •Drive ATE and bench correlation as needed.

• •Ensure robust test plans, coverage models, and sign-off criteria.
• •Own validation readiness for tape-out, risk production, and mass production.
• •Set clear goals, KPIs, and execution frameworks for validation programs.
• •Partner closely with Design & Architecture teams
• •Provide regular program updates to senior leadership.

Job Qualification:

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering (or related).
• •6-10 years of experience in semiconductor validation (RF/System), product engineering, or silicon debug.
• •Strong hands-on background in:
• •Lab equipment like Spectrum analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope, RF signal generator etc.
• •Lab bring-up and silicon debug tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, scopes, etc.)
