Additionally, the position will develop, debug, and verify software applications and system components to enhance product functionality and integrate system features.

Roles and Responsibilities

• •Lead the design and development of complex software systems across multiple components
• •Define technical approach and influence architectural decisions
• •Drive system-level design ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• •Lead cross-team collaboration and align engineering efforts with product goals
• •Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and design guidelines
• •Review design and code across teams to ensure quality and consistency
• •Mentor engineers across teams and contribute to organization-wide capability building
• •Handle ambiguous and high-impact technical problems
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and systems

Quality Specific Goals:

• •Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• •Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• •Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• •Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
• •Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• •12~15 years of experience in software development.
• •Experience in software development, lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• •Strong experience in object-oriented design methodology and programming languages, including C++, C#, or similar
• •Experience in application development, debugging, and performance optimization.
• •Business-level English communication skills for global collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related computer field
• •Experience in application development using modern frameworks and development tools
• •Experience in integrating AI/ML models into applications.
• •Experience with API development and system integration
• •Experience with UI frameworks (WPF, Qt).
• •Experience in microservices or modular architecture
• •Experience in Git-based collaboration workflows
• •Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
