• The role focuses on solving systemic challenges involving distributed systems, high concurrency, data consistency, reliability, and scalability.
• You will transform ambiguous technical problems into clear, maintainable solutions while establishing engineering standards and best practices.
• Beyond architecture, you will mentor senior engineers, influence technical decisions, and help strengthen engineering culture across teams.
• You will work across organizational boundaries, balancing technical trade-offs while aligning engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• The position follows a remote-first model, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil, with the option to work from offices or partner coworking spaces in São Paulo.
