The Indiana State Director is the senior leader responsible for driving statewide public policy strategy, grassroots organizing, government affairs, and coalition engagement . This role serves as the primary spokesperson and strategic leader for AFP-Indiana, overseeing a high-performing team and advancing policy outcomes at the local, state, and federal levels .
You will partner closely with legislators, donors, activists, coalition partners, and national stakeholders to execute impactful campaigns and achieve measurable policy wins.
