Tuesday: 2:00pm - 8:30pm

Thursday 9:00am - 8:30pm

Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

The wage for this Sterilization Assistant position is $20-$22/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:

• •Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in compliance with IPAC standards and provincial regulations
• •Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, completing required testing and documentation
• •Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readiness
• •Ensure a clean, safe, and organized reprocessing area following health and safety protocols
• •Identify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptly
• •Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow

About You:

• •Previous clinical experience working in sterilization role is considered an asset
• •Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting and/or Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT) Programs is preferred
• •Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset
