What You'll Do

Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

Help with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living

Monitor and report changes in patient condition

Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Build positive relationships with patients and families

Complete required documentation in accordance with agency and Medicare guidelines

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training

1+ year of nurse aide experience

Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
