The storeroom clerk manages the flow of goods, handling receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping, while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety using equipment like forklifts and WMS software (SAP). Key duties involve inspecting shipments, organizing stock, fulfilling orders, maintaining equipment, and keeping the warehouse clean and compliant with safety protocols, requiring physical fitness, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Receiving & Inspection: Unload shipments, verify contents, check for damage, and log items into the system.
• •Inventory Management: Organize, label, and store products; conduct cycle counts and audits; update records.
• •Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• •Material Handling: Operate forklifts, Reach truck, Picker Truck, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move goods.
• •Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine checks on equipment, report issues, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• •Shipping: Load trucks, verify shipments, and prepare for dispatch.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• •Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail; physical stamina; teamwork.
• •Tools: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), scanners, and material handling equipment.
• •Education: ITE Certificate or Diploma in logistic and warehouse management is an advantage; with minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience.
• •Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse or distribution center.
• •Involves physical activity and operating machinery.
• •Requires adherence to strict safety protocol
