What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional projects and business initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on successful outcomes.

Project Leadership & Execution

• •Lead and coordinate projects from planning through completion
• •Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success measures
• •Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams
• •Monitor progress and proactively address obstacles that could impact delivery
• •Partner with business leaders to drive project execution and accountability

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• •Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive updates
• •Build strong partnerships across departments and levels of the organization
• •Communicate project status, key decisions, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
• •Influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• •Maintain project dashboards, reports, action logs, and project documentation
• •Track project performance and support data-driven decision-making
• •Help improve project management tools, standards, and best practices
• •Support portfolio tracking, governance activities, and change management efforts

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• •3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program support, or a related field
• •Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• •Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability
• •Experience creating project plans, reports, dashboards, and documentation
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience working within a PMO, Transformation Office, Strategic Finance, or similar environment
• •Experience using Smartsheet for project planning, reporting, and dashboards
• •Knowledge of change management, portfolio management, or continuous improvement methodologies
• •PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
