This role shapes the organization’s enterprise strategy and transformation agenda, designing frameworks and approaches that enable the organization to make sound strategic choices and execute them at scale. Brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, organizational change, and transformation program design to advise executive leadership on the most complex and consequential strategic decisions.

The Strategy and Transformation Director exercises independent judgment on novel, enterprise-scope strategic challenges and drives short- to mid-term strategy for the enterprise. The role designs solutions where no established precedent exists and influences both functional and cross-functional strategy. ‎

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop enterprise strategy and transformation program design, spanning strategic planning methodology, initiative prioritization frameworks, and transformation execution standards.
• •Design new strategic frameworks and transformation approaches where no established methodology exists within the function.
• •Serve as the enterprise subject-matter expert on strategy and transformation, consulted on the most complex and consequential organizational and market strategy decisions.
• •Lead major cross-functional strategy and transformation initiatives, managing alignment across clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders.
• •Monitor healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, and organizational performance to translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
• •Advise the CEO and executive team on enterprise strategy, organizational direction, and transformation investment priorities.
• •Set the standard for strategic analysis quality and transformation program excellence across the organization.

Compensation Range:

$144,368.00 to

$216,552.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
