We are currently seeking an Engineer to join our Structural team. We’re redefining environmental consulting and sustainable engineering through cutting‑edge technology and a genuine commitment to people. With over 2,000 experts across 90+ offices, we deliver smart, data‑driven solutions that help shape a more sustainable future.

Our structural team provides structural evaluation, design, and construction-phase services to private and public-sector clients. We ensure that structures do not deflect, rotate, vibrate excessively, or collapse and that they remain stable and secure throughout their use.

We have two goals: to design structures that fulfill a specific purpose while remaining safe, economical, and functional throughout their intended lifetime, and to respect our clients’ schedules and budgets through open, honest communication and internal practices that simplify the process.

• •Vulnerability Studies
• •Telecommunications
• •Vaults, Walls, and Tanks
• •Water/Wastewater Structures

What You'll Do:

• •Coordinate multiple projects and work with staff and sub-consultants
• •Coordinate and manage client requests and needs
• •Apply technical knowledge of structural engineering principles
• •Serve as a technical advisor to other staff
• •Review design and production deliverables, ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with company standards and policies
• •Provide mentoring to junior staff
• •Support proposal and business development efforts

What You'll Bring:

• •Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• •4-9 years of civil engineering experience
• •Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 6 months
• •Experience with concrete and steel design

Preferred:

• •Industrial Mechanical/Electrical Support structures
• •Building shells
• •Transportation structure design
• •Two years of project management of small projects
• •Manage multiple priorities
• •Ability to communicate and effectively participate as part of an engineering team
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory skills
• •Demonstrated business development and client management experience
• •Build positive and collaborative relationships

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $146,000
