Structural Steel Shop Foreman – 2nd Shift

- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Starting Pay: $39.00/hour, plus $3.00/hour 2nd-shift differential; higher pay available based on experience
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Structural Steel Shop Foreman to lead second-shift fabrication operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating employees, materials, equipment, production schedules, quality, and deliveries while maintaining a safe and efficient shop.
Must have structural steel fabrication experience and prior foreman/leadership experience.
