Structural Steel Welding & Fitting Supervisor – 2nd Shift
Location: York, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Starting Pay: $32/hour — higher pay available based on experience 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $3/hour
MUST HAVE: Structural steel fabrication experience and prior leadership experience overseeing welders and fitters .
Position Overview
Lead a second-shift team in a structural steel fabrication environment. This hands-on supervisory role is responsible for coordinating welding, fitting, production, personnel, materials, and shop activities while keeping work safe, efficient, on schedule, and compliant with quality standards.
