The TCS is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the following position:

Qualifications:

Nationality: Japan

Must be currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at a university in Japan (any major).

Strong proficiency in English for business communication

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred: Proficiency in Chinese or Korean

Job Description

Support for Trilateral Cooperation Projects: Assist in planning and implementing projects, prepare documents, support events/meetings, take meeting minutes

Translation and Interpretation: Translate TCS internal and project-related documents into English/Korean; provide basic interpretation at meetings or events if needed

Research and Data Analysis: Conduct research on trilateral cooperation issues, collect and analyze data to support project planning

Administrative Support: Assist with daily tasks such as managing emails, organizing documents, and other office operations

Internship Conditions:

Period: January–March 2027 (3 months)

Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00)

Compensation (before tax): approx. KRW 2,300,000/month (based on minimum hourly wage of KRW 10,700, including meal and commuting allowances)

Note: Internship does not lead to regular employment opportunities
