Student Recruitment Advisor (6- Month Maternity Cover)

Navitas is looking for a Student Recruitment Advisor to join our Global Sales Service Centre (GSSC) on a 6-month maternity cover contract, starting immediately. This is a fully remote role, working from home in Colombia.

About the role

The Student Recruitment Advisor (SRA) is responsible for driving sales and achieving student enrolment targets for Navitas colleges and university partners worldwide, across both the direct and agent channels. The GSSC is the centralised inside sales and student engagement function at the heart of the Navitas international enrolment engine, and the SRA reports to the Regional Team Leader.

The SRA manages a daily allocation of leads and opportunities, ensuring speed to first contact and consistent follow up across phone, WhatsApp and email, recognizing that many students require multiple contact attempts. Through strong negotiation and closing, the SRA overturns objections and guides each student to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

Own a personal enrolment target and drive conversion at every stage of the funnel

Qualify students on eligibility, English level, budget, visa readiness and preferred intake

Convert direct and agent opportunities into applications, acceptances and paid enrolments

Progress agent opportunities with agent counsellors, keeping the agent informed

Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, logging every interaction in Salesforce the same day

Provide pipeline reporting and forecasts to the Regional Team Leader

Compliance and integrity

Recruit genuine students only, with complete and authentic applications that meet requirements

Provide accurate course, fee and entry information, in line with ESOS, CRICOS and the National Code

Provide general visa information only, never immigration advice or promised outcomes

Protect student data and consent under Colombian law and GDPR

Essential

Proven call centre or inside sales experience, sustaining 100+ outbound dials a day

Demonstrated sales experience, overturning objections through negotiation and closing

Track record of achieving targets in a KPI driven environment

Resilient, accountable and self-motivated in a fully remote role

Native level Spanish and excellent English; Portuguese beneficial

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the legal right to work in Colombia

Desirable

Experience in a high-volume outbound contact centre, using dialler and call quality systems

Experience in international education or student recruitment, and with Salesforce

Working conditions
