Hiring Unit:

School of Physical and Occupational Therapy

Position Summary:

Carry out program evaluation activities for OT mentoring extension program, such as:

• •create a survey for mentees and mentors run quantitative and qualitative analyses on survey data
• •carry out a focus group (develop focus group questions) and conduct a thematic analysis on this data
• •Assist in administrative duties such as editing, formatting documents, helping out at events as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

High level of English proficiency – written and oral

Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research – preferred

Strong communication and team work skills

Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.
