Studio Assistant

An exciting opportunity is available at our Walsall studio for a Studio Assistant. The role will work on a 4-week rotating rota, covering:

Week 1: Saturday: 2pm – 6pm, Sunday: 2pm – 6pm

Week 2: Thursday: 4pm – 9pm

Week 3: Sunday: 10am – 2pm

Week 4: S aturday: 2pm – 6pm, Sunday: 2pm – 6pm

Flexibility is required, with additional hours potentially available to provide cover for staff holidays and sickness.

As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

What we are looking for:

Essential

Previous customer-facing experience

English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills

Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education

Ability to attend mandatory training

Examples of good time management

Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges

Desirable

Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment

Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry

Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
