Subcontracts Manager - Remote Opportunity

• This role manages the end-to-end subcontracting process, from understanding business requirements through negotiation, execution, administration, and renewal.
• You’ll partner closely with business leaders, Legal, Compliance, IT, Security, Program Management, and external vendors to structure effective commercial agreements.
• The position combines procurement expertise, contract management, market analysis, negotiation, and risk management.
• You’ll help ensure subcontract terms deliver strong value while minimizing contractual, operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• The role involves managing diverse subcontract arrangements supporting services, technology, research and development, and government-related programs.
• You’ll also identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and increase procurement efficiency.
• This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced contracts and procurement professional who can independently manage complex agreements and collaborate across functions and geographies.
