Mars Petcare Manufacturing Internship Experience

As a Petcare Manufacturing Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:

Lead a cross functional team in the development of Food Processing or Packaging improvement projects

Be the overall project manager on executing projects to drive improvements on human safety, food safety, or line efficiency

Analyze data and develop solutions to drive efficiency in packaging and processing systems

Collaborate with subject matter experts, operations and maintenance to support development and execution of projects

Learn and apply elements of Mars TPM methodology to projects (ex: 5S as part of Autonomous Maintenance)

What we’re looking for:

An undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Sciences, or a business-related discipline

Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date.

Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.

Eligible candidates will be responsible for personal transportation to and from work site during duration of the internship program.
