Supervising Product Manager - Software (Internal Applicants Only)

(This position is hybrid preferred, but remote will be considered.)

What You'll Do

In addition to continuing to work as a Product Manager, the Supervising Product Manager will take on supervisory responsibilities, which include:

Assists management in the operation of the department, including the coordination of resources and assets, budgeting and scheduling, process and work system management, interviewing/hiring, and other administrative responsibilities.

Mentors other members of the app management team , including the technical and administrative supervision of another team member’s work.

Reviews app strategy with managers/directors to ensure that the final products are built to specifications and meeting needs of the customers.

Assists in ensuring product management lifecycle processes are consistent with the Company.

Completes performance appraisals as required by Company policies in a timely fashion, including follow-up responsibility to assist with professional development and/or disciplinary actions as required for the staff assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Speech-Language Pathology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least three years of Product Management experience .

Minimum of two years of experience using Microsoft Office applications .

Preferred

Supervisory or people leadership experience.

Experience working with AAC users, communication partners, and AAC professionals.

Experience with Jira.

Previous experience in a medical device, healthcare, or assistive technology environment.
