Job Description:

• Purpose:
• Ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safety by coordinating maintenance activities and leading the technical team.

Responsibilities:

• •Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
• •Reduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activities
• •Coordinate maintenance team and contractors
• •Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures
• •Monitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs)
• •Manage maintenance budget and spare parts

Requirements:

• •Technical diploma or degree
• •5+ years in industrial maintenance
• •Team management experience
• •Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

Reporting line: Plant Manager / Operations Manager

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is €39.132 - €53.807. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience. Additional compensation components and benefits will be discussed during the recruitment process
