Job Summary**

The Supervisor Manufacturing at SYNNEX Corporation is responsible for leading and overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes and timely delivery of products. This role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**

• * Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
• * Plan, organize, and direct production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
• * Monitor production processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and implementing improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and personnel challenges as they arise.
• * Collaborate with other departments, including Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless operations and product quality.
• * Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality control data.
• * Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• * Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• * Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new manufacturing personnel.
• * Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Job Qualifications**

• * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• * Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, lean methodologies, and quality control systems.
• * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
• * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
• * Proficiency in using manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as production demands require.
• * Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
