Supervisor - Risk Operations

• This role oversees the day-to-day performance of frontline teams across operational risk functions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• You will help ensure workflows are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service and quality standards.
• The position combines team supervision, quality assurance, escalation management, coaching, and operational improvement.
• You will monitor key performance indicators, identify control weaknesses, and support consistent adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• The role also provides an opportunity to mentor analysts, strengthen team capabilities, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• You will collaborate with managers, compliance teams, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues and improve operational processes.
