Hourly Rate: $23.55

Seasonal (December - March)

Full Time (4-5 shifts a week)

As the Supervisor, you’ll oversee the Rental, Valet, and Repair areas, leading the team of Attendants to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience with their equipment. You’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team to keep operations running smoothly, making sure both guests and staff have a great time. If you’re organized, love working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• •To provide a high-quality guest service, experience and presentation for the guest
• •Perform opening and closing duties for the department.
• •Motivate staff through example and leadership skills.
• •Assist in on boarding and training of new attendants.
• •Coach and performance manage staff throughout the season.
• •Ensure all staff are adhering to proper procedures.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• •Must have a valid 'G' class driver's licence
• •Previous ski/snowboard technician experience an asset
• •1 – 2 years previous supervisory experience an asset
• •Must be a team player, customer service driven, friendly and outgoing.
• •Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• •Past customer service experience.
• •Must be able to lift 40lbs
• •Flexible work schedule (must be able to work a variety of shifts including, weekends, evenings and holidays)
